As we work to continuously improve our customer experience, SendSafely intends to add two new subprocessors.  

For all subprocessors, SendSafely has a due diligence process, taking into account legal, information security and privacy considerations, and ensures sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with the agreements we have with our customers.  

SendSafely intends to add Apollo and Hubspot as subprocessors.

SendSafely intends to use Apollo as a replacement for MixMax, allowing for seamless communication and easy meeting scheduling with our Sales Team.  

SendSafely intends to migrate our CRM from Zendesk Sell to Hubspot, in advance of the retirement of Zendesk Sell.

We’ve made a small change to where you’ll find SendSafely’s marketing website. Starting today, our marketing pages are now hosted at explore.sendsafely.com instead of www.sendsafely.com. Nothing else has changed, all of the same content, documentation links, and product information remain exactly as before.

This update is part of our preparations for an exciting refresh of our website, which will feature a brand new look and updated content, coming soon. If you have our site bookmarked, existing links will continue to work by automatically redirecting to our new home.

For all sub-processors, SendSafely has a due diligence process, taking into account legal, information security and privacy considerations, and binds sub-processors to substantially similar data protection obligations as set forth in the respective agreements with our customers.

SendSafely intends to add Intercom, Inc as a Subprocessor.

SendSafely intends to adopt Intercom, Inc’s Fin AI Agent as an enhancement to our Zendesk ticketing and Help Center platform for the purposes of enhancing the user support experience. The Fin AI Agent will provide a chatbot available for users to use to interact with SendSafely’s help center and their submitted support tickets. Any data included in chatbot conversations or support tickets will be processed within the United States, by Intercom’s US entity.

SendSafely intends to use CrewBloom to expand Support Team coverage across multiple time-zones, helping us better serve new and existing customers.

SendSafely intends to use MixMax as a replacement for Outreach, allowing for seamless communication and easy meeting scheduling.

Finally, SendSafely intends to adopt PandaDoc as our new eSignature platform. As part of this process, we will be updating our quote template to include helpful resources and better align with other internal business processes.
