We’re saying goodbye to our old subscription plans and rolling out a modern lineup built tailored for our customers' needs. All legacy plans will be retired by the end of 2025, so it's time to make the move!

How does this affect me?

• Legacy plan user? You’ll need to switch to a new plan by December 31, 2025.
• Annual subscriber? No rush, you’ll transition at your next renewal.
• Monthly subscriber? We’ll prompt you to upgrade soon.

As we work to continuously improve our product line and streamline our infrastructure, SendSafely will now be engaging with the following new sub-processor.

Sub-processor to be added: Monday.com

SendSafely intends to use Monday.com as part of its Sales and Customer Success Engagement Platform to better serve new and existing customers.

For all sub-processor, SendSafely has a due diligence process, taking into account legal, information security and privacy considerations, and binds sub-processors to substantially similar data protection obligations as set forth in the respective agreements with our customers.

As an organization that is security conscious and values security, we are excited to announce the official launch of the SendSafely Security Trust Center. By using this portal, you can request access to our compliance documents, review our standardized questionnaires, and gain a general understanding of our security posture.

Over time, our team will be making changes to this portal as we implement new tools and processes in our environment. You can use the Subscribe button to receive email notifications for when our team has an important update, such as if we have an updated compliance report or if we have a status update regarding a major security vulnerability that has been recently discovered.
